Hampton has no boat tax anymore!  This marina has one of the best accesses to the lower bay.  Surrounding businesses, within 1/4 mile, support gas/diesel/propane, fishing tackle/bait, state ramp, and Mercrusier dealership.  This is an ECO-friendly marina and participates in the Virginia Clean Marina Program.

You are less than 15 minutes to West Marine/Boaters' World/Lowes'/Home Depot/Shopping Malls/Restaurants/Supermarkets/Theaters/20 hotels/Hospitals/Downtown Hampton amenities, including the Air @ Space museum. Basically any of your needs can be filled promptly, conviently.
