Repair
Yard, Storage, Wet Slip and Dry Slip Rates
Repair Yard
 | Short Term: $10.00 a day (water and elec)...strap
days are no charge.

| Haul, Wash (removes most everything) & Block
and back in: $10.00 ft.
|
| Fork-Liftable boats are $50 for round-trip plus
$1/ft. pressure wash and $1/ft.blocking (if put on rack, no charge)
|
| Extremely dirty bottom or request for additional high pressure
wash, minimum $25.00 (like pressure washing over 20 minutes)
|
Storage
| Long Term (power/sail): $120 per month (90 day minimum)
|
| Trailerable Boats: $65 monthly...Small boats,
Dingies,Jet-Skis only $50 per month
|
| Trailers, Campers, and RVs/Motor Homes as low as $25 per month...$50
per month Max.

Equipment
Use
| Travel-lift or forklift use for Quickhauls, mast unstepping
and stepping, surveys, etc. @ $80.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour and then 30
minute increments)

| Quick Hauls for surveys and prop/bottom
maintenance is $5/ft., one hour in slings, $80.00/hour thereafter.

| Extra man hours at $55.00 hr. and 30 minute increments
|
Labor Rates
| All labor @ $55.00 per hour (effective Jan. 1st 2003)
|
| Minimum Labor Rate of 1/2 hour - $30.00
|
Wet Slip Rates
| All wet slips
including both "A" and "B" piers will be $125.00 per month.
One month deposit and pay in advance for the current month. No long term
contract required! All rates
include both city water and electricity. Excessive electrical or water use
will be charged at the discretion of management with approval by the customer.
Insurance required, 500,000 Protection and Indemnity, (water craft
liability).
